House of Konfetti provides subscription-based digital marketing services. Once a subscription period begins, significant time, creative effort, and resources are committed on your behalf. For this reason, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of service delivery rather than a product purchase.
Full refund: You are eligible for a full refund only if you cancel within 48 hours of making your first payment and onboarding has not yet commenced. To request a refund under this condition, contact us immediately at houseofkonfetti@gmail.com.
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
Advertising spend paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is entirely separate from HOK's service fees. HOK does not collect, hold, or control your Meta ad budget. Refunds for ad spend must be addressed directly with Meta and are governed by Meta's own billing policies. HOK accepts no responsibility for ad spend that has been consumed by active campaigns.
To cancel your subscription with House of Konfetti, please follow these steps:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No new billing will occur after a confirmed cancellation.
In the unlikely event that HOK is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control (such as a technical failure of the Konvert platform or an extended delay in campaign setup), we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Remedies may include a credit note, extension of your subscription period, or a partial refund proportional to the service disruption. We are committed to fair resolution in such cases.
We understand that clinics may occasionally need to pause marketing activities. If you wish to pause your subscription rather than cancel it, please reach out to our team. Pauses are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date. Paused months are not automatically refunded but may be credited to extend your subscription.
If you believe a charge was made in error or have a concern about your billing, please contact us within 14 days of the disputed transaction at houseofkonfetti@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
