House of Konfetti ("HOK", "we", "us", or "our") is a clinic growth agency based in Patiala, Punjab, India. We provide digital marketing services including Meta Ads management and access to our proprietary lead action platform, Konvert, to private clinics across India.

Our monthly service fees cover management, strategy, and platform access only. Advertising spend paid to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) is a separate cost borne entirely by the client. HOK is not responsible for how Meta allocates or charges your ad budget, nor for any changes Meta makes to its platform or policies.
While we work diligently to deliver measurable growth, we do not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of leads, appointments, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including your clinic's location, market competition, seasonal trends, and your team's follow-up execution. Past performance metrics shared on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.
All content, materials, ad creatives, strategies, and proprietary tools (including Konvert) developed by HOK remain the intellectual property of House of Konfetti. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for their own clinic's marketing during the active subscription period. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute HOK's work without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to campaign strategies, pricing structures, lead data, and client clinic information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of patients, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HOK in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual service contract. HOK reserves the right to terminate access to Konvert or pause campaigns immediately if the client violates these terms, fails to pay dues, or engages in conduct that harms HOK's reputation or platform integrity.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala, Punjab, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
